How do they apply it then ?
Then a special adhesive is applied.
Then the dash is Electrostatically charged, the flock (tiny nylon fibres i think) is also electrostatically charged. This is then sprayed if you will at the dash and the charging causes it to stick to the dash and stand on its end. The charging also ensures you get an even coat etc.
Thats how its done as far as i know.. if anyone knows better or more about it then please enlighten us all

However its done.......... I bloody love it
