So thats raising the stakes if Dazza is lairy of running at Cadwell - looks like it could be quite a day - esp if damp or icy. I have to say the video of the 3 Atoms at Cadwell is amazing - the sensation of speed was incredible.
Reading the Dunlop guide tonight - The Mountain complex is "One of the most photographed painted and talked about bends anywhere. A driver's CV is not complete until he has experienced The Mountain". Fancy changing your mind Dazza?
Dave

Noooooo... too dodgy if its wet... and i'm on semi slicks with 650 bhp per tonne through the rear tyres... Ask Al... even 2000rmp results in wheelsspin even in the dry and in sixth if not fully straight, lots of torque and wet slicks get way too dicy, and that from someone who enjoys going sideways... when its warm i'll be there...

However, the clap above does say the Atom is by far the best thing I've ever, ever driven... That thing is fun beyond belief and a hardcore drive.. It requires total concentration and an ability way beyond my control to master...
If I could sell the kids.. I would.. If I could get divorced (at keep my money).. I would.. Anyone want a Kidney? Pancreas?
When Daz comes to sell.... I'll be first in the queue if the timings right...

Now then fella's,
The local forecast for linc's this weekend is for High pressure and sunny, there is no rain forecast from Tuesday onwards so the track will be dry.
So hopefully there will be no spills around Hall bends and the rest of the wooded section.
Hopefully see you fella's there.

Simon.
Either Iain himself or Tim... Best to ring as emails tend to get overlooked....
Have you checked Litcho's site for any seconds?
Litchfield Imports
Nice looking GP Spec C but no 20's or 25's..
Get in quick as the price may just go up with all this renewed interest

I know meeting places of the TP and the Brickworks have been discussed, so we can have a convoy to cadwell, but not sure on who's where if at all

If anybody has driven the circuit before, knows the lines and wants a passenger ride then come and give me a shout - red hair and beard in black STi MY04.
I have spare helmet and intercom - you will just need a passenger wrist band at signing on.
Oh - and I am a nice steady driver - too old for the red mist
Dave

Start time... ?
I guess the start time is 09.00 ??
I may just pop down for a look... I missed the Blyton Track day (which is just down the road from me !)
For any of you that haven't been to Cadwell before it's great !! I've taken part in rallies driving Mk1 and Mk2 Escorts.... You'll have lots of fun !!
The weather forecast for Louth on Saturday is for Sun and 12 degC so it should be a nice day (although Cadwell does have it's own micro-climate !).
Probably see you there !!
