I was there too! Being one of the headshot victims was my only claim to fame last night. But having the only ping above 100 put me at a little disadvantage. Also Missed norm's inferno heroics i'm afraid as i got kicked out at 9.30 as the map differed to mine, has it been updated?
Someone said about getting a new modem may help (think it was king_ping?)Some advice would be appreciated to help me get my ping down. Changed isp to V21 which improved the lag and more reliable, but ping still averages around 270-300. The modem i use is internal and came with my pc (evesham) thinks its called Smartlink 56k?
Any ideas peeps?
