gr8 reading...this thread has made me smile more than anything else recently ...
I love yoof speak..I always thought Ali G was an obvious p155 take on wanna be 50 cent rap star types, but alas no, it appears to a misguided section of the younger public that he's a true, real life role model.
Don't get me wrong, we've all been young (i'm only mid 30's btw) and had poor role models or celeb types to look up to. It's just that this is the equivalent of my dads role model being Norman Wisdom or myself wanting to be exactly like Shakin Stevens
(or some other really poor 80's b list celeb).
Anyway, never mind mate. It could be worse, you could be stoopid enough to be trying to convince the biggest online subaru forum in the UK that your xr4satsuma s202 impreza with a different front end is a real car.
