From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?
I really think you lot need to have a look at leeds, The jubilee wing at LGI - Not Jimmys! is not somewhere that can really handle a high volume of traffic, also holds A&E and would congest an allready congested city
IMHO.

I've done the mencap classic rally in the past, which was around a 600 mile road trip to raise funds for mencap. Should I have stayed at home instead, and just given the money for my petrol bill?
Same with the forthcoming BBO, should we all stay at home instead, and just give to the cause? We'd raise a bloody fortune that way, as a one off, but after that, no-one would give again, ever!
NBO? How much would cancer research have raised on the day if we all sat at home and didn't attend? Nowt
It's not always about the money, it is always about the fantastic community we find ourselves part of as scooby owners, and our willingness to come to the aid of others. And long may it continue

Think about the bigger picture.
it would be a much better idea to send hundreds of cards to the hospital for all the other random people YOU DONT PERSONALLY KNOW, to help cheer them up as well.
no, no the hamster is on out TV screens so he gets priority from the SN massive, what a crock of ****, there is probably hundreds of sick kids in there through no fault of there own, send cards to them if you "want to make a difference"
just dont block the place up with ****loads of chavv`d up cars, 1 post van is all it takes

Oh and for the record here's what a chaved up car looks like,

And here's what a real car looks like... P1
I kinda agree this isn't the best idea but lets give the guy some praise for his intention here!
Another idea, how about getting a banner made for each region and at the next meet in each region get a photograph of all the scoobs lined up with the banner and send a group of pics to him wishing him get well or summot along those lines.
Will save hundreds in fuel, and there will be no issues like the ones raised above.

I think its a good idea, but maybe hard to organise, Richard Hammond filmed Brainiac at my school, so a few of the kids who met him on that day are gonna make a card for him and we gonna post it to the hospital.
Fair play for the good intentions tho, im sure like any other ill person hel apreciate being in our thoughts

Is this guy a god or something? you're doing it for your own gratification and nothing more. Wish him well by all means and maybe donate if you feel you need to but stop the let save Hammond with our flat 4 burble brigade crap.
