As other people have said, i thought this was a car forum, not a place to just insult each other.

In my opinion, and probably most others, ALL the people who have joined in with the little tirade of insults on this thread should be ashamed of themselves. The regular members (GC8, Boro WRX,scoobynutta555 etc) are calling Mr Impreza immature, when they should look at what they are writing and see how grown up that appears.

Mr Impreza hasnt done himself any favours by trying to come back at all of them though.

The lad came on asking for advice about his engine, not asking what everyone thought of his car. There was absolutely no need to start coming out with comments like "Your car looks like w*nk" (GC8) etc, as at that point the lad hadnt said anything about anyone else, and if he hadnt taken note of what people had said, it may be that he may just have not read the posts in time.

You are all as bad as each other and if any of you call yourselves adults then i think you need to take a long look at yourselves, honestly.

I used to like this website for the community spirit in bread, now it seems any one who wants to inject a bit of thier own personality into their car is ripped to shredds or anyone who hasnt owned an Impreza for donkey's years is utterly stupid and a waste of time.

New people have to learn, thats why they come on here, to ask more experianced people, but it seems all they get is abuse. There would have been more constructive ways of telling this lad he might have made a mistake, rather than just insulting him
