Thinking more can only be a good thing in your case. Make sure you don't strain something with the effort though, best to start slow and work your way up.

I think you are absolutely spot on with that mate, it is wrong to think that way, but "some" people will. Tolerance is hard for lot's of people at the best of times, I think the trick is to to try and see the bigger picture. If we end up having race riots and the BNP start getting more popular, the fanatics have won anyway, as we are giving up our freedom, which is the thing we should be fighting to protect most. By definition, fanatics are a tiny portion of any population, we need to weed them out and deal with them with full force, but we shouldn't alienate and mis-treat entire communities to do so, otherwise we become no better than the backward nutters our troops are dying to defeat in Iraq and Afghanistan.
