can i suggest the date and route be kept off the forum as we have had problems on every single run, ie road closures etc.

The Tunnel Closure last year was planned. They just did it later than expected. I spoke to the chapp at the Dartford River crossing who is in charge and he told me they were planning on closing the bridge at 9pm and diverting the traffic through the tunnel. In the end it didn't happen till 9-30'ish which was just when we hit it......

Still it looked impressive....

Actually just spoken to David McIntyre again from the dartford river crossing.

He told me that the bridge will be closed again this year for maintenance

He told me that it will be closed at 9pm and there will be road closures for about 10 minutes while they set up the cones. As we are leaving at 9-30 this shouldn't really affect us too badly unless they get delayed again.

If it does then we just head straight onto the A13 into london to flame the tourists

Got a text from a mate last night inviting me to his 30th b'day (**** star theme

) and can't not go!

Will definately do the DVD still

(as long as it is filmed by a few lovely people (mini dv tape)).

Thought that I was clear after the girlfriend arranged to have a girlie night out with friends for her b'day weekend!

Well the first rule is

No misbehaving at Thurrock Services

The second is..

When we turn left onto the A13 for the first time we have to get through a set of traffic lights. In order to get the most through in one go we are going to have to simply take all lanes and turn left regardless.
