What is the total mileage expected to be, will it be done on 1 full tank of fuel (bearing the flames in mind

)??

Without a flame kit you will easily do it on a quarter-half a tank.

With a flame kit? Better factor in some petrol breaks

Seriously. Just for the run itself you will do it on a quarter tank.

I am staying at the Travel Inn at Thurrock (East, cos it's £6 cheaper than West?!) at £54.00. Milamber - I have printed off the written instructions and they look quite comprehensive, but I'm thinking it's really gonna be a case of following the other Scoobs - is it worth printing off the maps? I used to despatch around London a fair bit, so I've got an idea of the route, but that was about 20 years ago!! Last time I went up the Embankment, I was chasing an ambulance on the XJ550!!

I don't think so, perhaps print off the bit where we turn left into butchers row as that can be confusing but there will be a few others around on the night to direct you

I haven't asked, they tend to attract the wrong crowd to be honest..... the last thing I want to see is teenage girls with their things hanging out and corsas doing donuts.

If it does 50 then you'll be fine

its not about speed its the flat 4 rumble in a convoy that we do it for.
