I never agreed with the actions, I simpley pointed out that taking out some kind of physical revenge would hardly be comparable revenge.

Why ? It is clear for any one who watches the news and reads news papers that the stories of Israel killing Lebanease Army and Civilians are hardly rare. Telling People to leave villages then blowing them up on the way. Consistently attacking civilain targets like ports, powerstations, bridges roads, airports etc. It makes a mockery of the idea that they were targeting terrorists. The Qana massacre ? THe murder of a camera man and the cover up were very recent. By mentioning things from the forties I am showing that Israeli's started to murder palestinian and Lebanese civilains 50 years ago and have not stopped since.

 

If they were targeting civilians why would they advise them to leave first?
You say that some Lebanese army were killed that tends to happen in armed forces.
As for consitently attacking ports and power stations you mean just over the last 5-6 weeks and the some twenty years since!
The death of any non combatant is unfortunate regardless of side but when journalists enter war zones then they know that they take the associated risks and as i have previously stated in the heat of conflict you have to make instant decisions it is not like a play station and sometimes they are wrong.
You are obviously anti Israel that is your choice however even through that you should try and understand what armed conflict is about and that civilians will always die just as they have in Haifa and K/shamona recently.

 

So they could kill them on the roads as well and considering most of the roads and bridges were blown up where could they go. Also what right does Isreal have to invade Lebanon in the first place. Its just blood lust plain and simple. Two soldiers get kidnapped so 5000 lebanese have to die ; makes great sense


But if it happens to 2 Israeli soldiers the whole of lebanon gets destroyed so by your logic Lebanon has every right to bomb Israel to its knees


You make it sound like an accident when it was a calculated well aimed shots on unarmed men with white flags who had made it very clear who they were. After the inital army cover up even an Israeli court admitted to the fact. Don't pretend to me that Israelis are calm moderate people I have met loads of them just after their military service and they are all shocking in their rampant hatred for all the arab people they stole their land from. When I am firing bullets I can easily tell the difference between a child and an adult seems IDF just like to kill children.
