Unfortunately not Daz . Funds are a bit tight at the minute so can't afford the apexi just yet plus the car has some running issues. I found a split vac hose on my car at the weekend so hopefully i've cured my overboost problem just need to get it changed asap. Bet your well chuffed with your performance now mate. Did u need an apexi boost valve after all?

Firstly I'd like to thank Andy for carrying out a wounderful job mapping my car resulting in a large improvement in low down torque as pulling hard from 2500 rpm. Andy was only able to sent boost to 0.8bar due to injectors maxing out a shame as I purchased new 550cc injectors but was unable to fit them over the weekend due to having different plugs. So already interested in having another remap once new injectors and spark plug gaps reduced to 0.5mm.
Thanks to Gem and Chris for arranging for the remap with Andy and is anyone interested in having Andy down again in the near future for another remap session?.

Another one bites the dust...
Great news again...pity about the injectors though.
Was talking with one or two the other day about having Andy down again some time. I think most people mod over the winter(not like us ,who couldn't wait) so maybe abother map before show season next year, Say about feb/march time.

Burns will be having his done as we speak and Chris has just left the house to get ours done.
Had to give the car a wash first. Daz commented on it yesterday ,that he had never seen her dirty. Only dirty because we have been finishing off the little jobs over the weekend and hadn't had time, so I am let off there.

What a day!
Andy' got my car purring and running at 1.4 bar which is exactly what I wanted so a good day out.
Bluerigster nice to meet you mate, I hope you get those injectors sorted.

Chris we'd heard in shropshire how dirty your car was and I couldn't believe how bad it was,I hope Andy could see the engine for all the dirt, you need to get polishing mate seriously though, nice to meet you hope everything went well today (ps don't forget to have a word with Corus)and thanks to you both for arranging today

And finally hello Andy thanks for all your work
I'll watch the papers for your arrest at the airport for trying to smuggle that pink tube and bit of wire on the plane (I'm sure there must be a hotline I could ring )would there be a reward?

Burns

I'm not telling you Oh, go on then

Andy what can I say

Mistake on my part, that I should have got a boost control kit . So, the car could only be mapped to 1.1 bar. But it runs like a dream. The difference is astonishing .

Plus I racked Andy's brain for some tips on the way to the airport. So, look out next year

Burns, it was nice to meet you and your wife. I'll speak to the big guns at Corus for you .

Andy was most pleased with everybody and of course with our organisation .
Oh, and the Newport tunnel run on the way home M3 behind at the start of the tunnel M3 no where to be seen at the end And sounds awsome.
Andy as you can read, everybody is over the moon with their mapping. So, roll on the next session .

Thanks again Andy

Just home, flight delayed as usual !

Thanks very much for the positive feedback guys (and girls!)
It was a pleasure to work on the cars and the odd little tests you set before me were welcome brain teasers

Big thanks to Chris and Gem for the organising of the event, everything ran bang on schedule
