Arnie at his peak had 22" arms and afaik ronnie's arms are the same size. Ronnie has a distended mid section and poor calves, which detracts from the whole package! Jay Cutler has much better astethics that ronnie has, he should have been crowned Mr O last year.

Although fundamentally they are both Dianobol if that makes any sense.

It doesn't to me I'm afraid. They have the same molecule, and therefore are the same thing - they are just different names for the same drug.

Have thought about starting protein etc but kinda wanna see what i can achieve without. Not going for quite your size but more like Christian Bale in Batman Begins.

I think the classic shapes like Park, Arnie, Ferrigno (70's\80's not 90's), Columbo etc were probably the peak of bodybuilding. The Later guys Coleman etc just look deformed, its a personal opinion but I still have respect for the dedication these guys put in.

The guy with the 25" arms did get an infection which caused a rupture in his bicep. I read his story a while back.

Enjoy the training!

Thanks for the comments m8, to be honest i do need to loose at least 3 stone.

Im lucky iv alwys been big when i didnt train.

did anyone see uks fatest teenager last night 31 stone of blubber.

sad thing his he didnt really care and our taxes paid for his op..

Yeah I saw that...The man was a joke. He put no effort in to lose weight at all, and would just eat himself stupid Even after he dropped down to whatever??? 23stone? he was just an unfit man with a giant coat of blubber.

so what legal substances can you take to increase muscle size! I know there are hundreds of supplements out there but which are best and why do they differ so much in prices??? I want to get somthing that works rather than just paying for a brand name!

and yes i do weight train 3-4 times a week but i just want to get bigger and dont have much more time to train more often!

The Multipower Professional one is good. Buy the best you can though, a lot of creatine products have very low doses, so what might seem a bargain could easily end up being a waste of time. Pay a bit more and you'll get good results.

I just ordered some of this creatine stuff...sounds like it could be a relatively safe way of gaining some lean muscle. I also read loads of things about endomorphs/mesomorphs etc....

how do you find out which one you are? is there a test. Last year I would have said I was the fat one (endomorph?), but I shed nearly 4 stone in 5 months, and now host a fairly muscular frame, with a bit of padding around the lower belly/love handle aream which is a bit of a bugger to shift. Would this class me as a mesomorph? Is there a test to be done or something?

Somebody who's experienced can tell just from looking at you. Ectomorphs have a hard time gaining weight, mesomorphs are naturally athletic and endomorphs have to avoid the pies. Most people are a combination of two. If you're ectomorphic, train heavier and less frequently, if you're mesomorphic do what the hell you want (!) and if you're endomorphic do lighter weights, more reps and more cardio work. But don't get too hung up on this - just do what your body responds best to. Experiment.

I went from 109 kg's to 88kg's from the beginning of August last year until December....then I lost another stone (ish) through being ill over christmas (went down to 83)....but once I got better, I put it back on...now I still weigh 88/89, but am gaining muscle.

I just lost it from changing my metality from eating a lot of crap and doing no exercise, to eating much better (still not perfect), and going to the gym 5 times a week incororpating 30 mins cardio per session, and that's it. I went from a 44" waist down to a 34" waist in that time.

I bought the Reflex Creapure Creatine [500g] from http://www.bodyactive-online.co.uk/e...upplements.asp

I have never taken any before, so I went off the number of reviews and the general opinion on it seems to be good. It was only £15.99, so if it doesn't work, no great shame.

lol you guys are paying way too much for your supps.

www.sports-nutrition.net

www.myprotein.co.uk

Those two sites are all what you need. Sports nutrition AKA All in one is made by the same guys that make the reflex products.
