Sorry to but in on your thread but if you are interested, A mate at work is selling his 2.5 WRX. World rally blue. March 2007 '07' plate. Only 2,800 miles. One owner from new. FSSH. Side air bags, electric sunroof. Mint condition. Two year warranty remaining. Always garaged. 4 door saloon. Offers around £12,500. Got some photos if required, but it's the standard hawkeye 2.5 WRX.

Spent the day in Cropton Forest today watching the Humberside Forest Rally. Plenty of Scoobs there, one definitely a York Scoob as it had F R Pulleyn number plates on. Stickered up and blue.....the car, not the plates!! lol

 

Missed it due to work. Gutted.

#2 (permalink) I only knew BEP from on here. He was always so friendly, funny and helpful.

I remember reading his comments on Squaresy's specialist thread... going back to just December 2007, and he put that 'it may return but that he had learnt to deal with it, and qe sera sera..' he was so supportive in his advice to everyone on that thread.. what a brave, and wonderful guy.

My thoughts are sympathies are with his family at this sad time.

Devastating news about Ant. Myself and Steve ( Scoobasteve) would like to pass our love and thoughts to Angie and Ben. Ant was one of the kindest people and always so willing to chat and have a good time he will be sorely missed and our thoughts are with you both.

I too found Ant to be a warm, friendly bloke who will be sadly missed by all of us used to seeing him in York, or as always at Elvington.

Hi guys!

I was wondering if we would like to arrange a meet?

I know it has only been a short while since Ant's untimely passing but I know he would have wanted the meets to keep on going - I know he was always on to me to get myself along to each event!

What more fitting tribute to Anthony than a big turnout of everyone who knew him and for us all to raise our glasses to the guy who just wanted to see lots of scoobs.

The Hopgrove seems to be the meeting place, anyone got any dates around the begining of June?

Claire - GirlScoob - has asked me to tell you that NYSOC have one spare place on the ScoobyShootOut Stand on sunday and would like to offer it to York Scoobs. There are 24 cars on the stand but there is room for one more

My current courtesy car...L reg Imreza 1.8 GL 78k FSSH in brown/ black. Plenty of parking dings, minor scratches, bird sh*t on the roof (that won't wash off) budget tyres ( Federal Squeelers), full set of 4 genuine wheel trims, standard Subaru stereo,( only receives 1 local station) 3 genuine Subaru mats 23 mpg, FSSH. As I'm stuck with this for the weekend, I'll have to turn your kind offer down. See you there Bob
