Gibraltar up through the Sierra Nieves (sp?) national park 
The road past El Teide on tenerife, coming up from the South.
The entire Eiffel area, like Karl suggested, except for the snow.
Hyeres to St Tropez along the back roads
Didn't see a single cop and really pasted the Scoob when we went down there a couple of years ago...
Don't care if it's an old thread and don't want a prize. Just got me grinning at the memories...
