1) This alarm, that alarm, this tracker that tracker and it's still gone!! we may aswell all give up and leave the keys in the ignition, a little note on windscreen please take me
2) will this put you off, it might but I don't think it should because of the above, the Car is much safer with it than without.
You should all know the problem by now, just need to get a good Autoelectrician/alarm fitter to help overcome this minor hiccup in what is a very effective anti-hijack device.

i still bring up the removable steering wheel, if they cant steer they cant nick it, if they have a wagon to put it on, hell, nothing will stop em, bar a ruddy chain and anchor !

I used to have fishing hooks superglued to the wires around my ignition barrel on my last car. Time for something similar methinks Or wire the trip to a different circuit

maybe as not as normally fitted, but still a good bit of kit. To do or fit nothing would be more foolish IMHO.
Most opportunist Theives wouldn't know it If you have it wired up differently may even mis-lead a pro Many peeps with it already fitted knew of this issue and had it "modified" one way or another.

Hopefully all replied to but 100's of Emails
BTW this is a good bit of kit and the car is much safer with it than without
40% of Emails knew off the problem and 20% have been modded to take this loophole out

i'm quite worried about this now. I was going to buy this for my car to go with the tracker and cat 1 already installed but i am starting to have doubts about it now. If it is very simple to disable then it might not be worth buying. Is there anything that i could tell the fitter if i did buy this to avoid this problem??
