I disagree, the centre backs just slide over when neccessary and Carrick playing as a central defensive midfielder would also act as a 4th defender when required.

Quite nicely sums up SGE even when it doesn't work he sticks with it for years on end in the hope that it will eventually work lol, as much as I admire Lampard as an attacking midfielder Gerrard is the man.

Ok so he doesnt admire Lampard - just trying not to hurt your feelings. Gerrard gets my vote. Lampard has done f**k all so far with plenty of chances.
