Yes it could have been a little more diplomatic. First paragraph aside some very good points made and credit due for extracting all that performance. This post shows there are Ford owners with intellect and literacy to construct coherent statements just as there are Impreza owners who cannot. Best of luck with the car Beccy and not all Scooby drivers are ****** just as all Ford drivers are not. I suppose we all have our crosses to bear!

My comments were aimed at the filth on the video in question. I have no problem with decent performance Fords and their drivers. The only problem I have with the Ford scene is the lower end which seems to attract the type of dirt I wouldn't spit on.

Firstly I have NEVER had go at anyone for 'daring to put their foot down', so you just made that up.
I have on several occasions voiced my concerns about road racing, (pretty much always on a thread that where some has smugly posted about racing on the roads)Why, becuase it's dangerous and stupid, and you can NEVER be sure that the road is completely safe.
That thread about the Focus had absolutley nothing to do with needing help, it was just some young wannbee showing off, most people saw through this you apparently did not.
Please answer this simple question then, is it right or wrong to race on the roads..yes or no?
The only reason you're really pissed at me is because a couple of weeks ago I posted a fun thread called 'It's sunday night and no stupid I raced posts', then within 20 seconds you start a thread about racing some silly Honda thing, which must of made you feel like a bit daft. I remind you that you posted about racing, I didn't make you.
And finally, the thing that really annoys me is that throughout our few 'disagreements' I have always written with obvious tongue in cheek, and avioded being abusive (until my last post that is), whereas you have been pretty obnoxious throughout, why is that??
You also seem obsessed about my car, I honestly don't know what that has got to do with it, I drive my fast when I can, I do 1/4 miles and track days, and I never ever race on the roads. Why is that so strange to you?

However, we have to tolerate these types. Plus there's also the added bonus of looking at people like that, and subsequently feeling very much better about myself when I know there is one more person in this world beneath me
