how did the mapping go Si ?

the mapping went well. a lot smoother now. you could feel the improvements as andy was tweaking as we drove. feels different than the 2.0L which gave more of a punch when then turbo came on boost (1.5bar).it is running 1.3bar mid range the 1.25 on the top end. it pulls all the way up the rev's to 7200 now, pulls really well even in 5th. it doesn't feel as quick cos i dont think you get the punch, instead it is all smooth through out, but you know youre goin quick when u look at the spedo!!

went on a dyno as well the other week, for some reason the fueling was all to pot, me thinks different loads on dyno to the road. made 356.8bhp and 380lbs. bhp is down by 10 but lbs are up by 30! just have to wait and see how it goes down the 1/4mile.

 

feels quicker. much better power curve. loads more torque.. feels quicker on the road!!! much!!! we need to go to the pod...

also si dont forget that the engine has only done 1700miles
