Ask for Mark or John and tell them Richard with the Subaru recomended you. They wont let you down. (the place looks a little rough around the edges, but for quality of service and price they cant be beaten).

Codfather. Ill be up for a meet at the end of June. Just make sure you dont clash with the Dukeries Rally on the 17th June (Sat). Also can you pop a multimap link on where the pub is that you meet?

Cheers, hopefully they wont find anything too much to worry about..
When i spoke to them they mentioned taking off my oil pump too to tighten the backin plate..oh n replace the crank seal so i shoud have a leak free car with better oil pressure.
P.S. I didn't go to the grantham meet, with my trek to melton in mind and all that

Yes mate, and very pleased with the service and workmanship too..
Glen even called me today to see if i was happy...ok it cost a fair old wack but it took more or less a day to resolve the issues..
Heres the list of what was done.
Stripped front of engine to determine leaks
Removed cam covers to facilitate sprocket removal
Removed front cam caps and cleaned and installed with sealant
cleaned cam covers and gaskets and reinstalled
cleanes cam belt covers and reinstalled
removed oil pump and re-sealed and reinstalled
installed timing belt(I supplied)
supplied and installed crank seal
cleaned oil from cross member and under trays
carried out laser geometry
spaced rear silencer to clear inner cv joint
All in a days work!
hopefully iv turned a corner so to speak with my car and i can start lookin to more positive things...first things first though, maybe next on my agenda will be some new tyres.
P.S. Thanks for reccomending me to carnetix DP They clearly no their stuff and it was refreshing to see the work carried out to such high standards with due care

Sorry fellas can't make the 25th (Son's school BBQ) .
Are any of you planning on going to the JAPS show at Thoresby Park Sun 2nd July? Its not far away just up the A1 near Ollerton. Some of us Grantham lads are travelling up so we could arrange a meet en-route if you want.
I'm also planning a little run/tour on Sun 30 July around the Vale of Belvoir, Rutland Water and ending up at the Woodcocks pub Lincoln.
Both threads are up in the Midlands part of the events section so if you guys fancy it please put your names down .
Hope to see you all at one or both of the above, Wolfie.
