Smoking is above and beyond, THE most disgusting turn off where women are concerned.
In fact, if I were made single tomorrow, judging by the vast number of girls who appear to smoke, I think my fussiness would see me being single for a long time!

Biggest visual turnoffs for me are women who seem to have put on their make up using a trowel. That and saggy jubblies. 
On the smoking front a girl who likes to put things in her mouth is not always a bad thing!
