i would never have a pre-built shed they are built with timber that barely supports its own weight after a few years the roof usually bows in.
the security on them are rubbish dont put anything of value in them as the door/windows can be opened with very little force

Once the basic construction is there It's much easier just to add these extras, if needed.

you will be supprised what a building company will skip when it finishes a site its a free 4 all then just take a couple of crates of beer in to share around
i have seen palets of blocks tiles plasterboard a forest worth of unused timber all skiped
last time i even got a 12mm 16" rsj
+ a lot more for the price of a 24 pack of beer

a friend of mine has one of these log cabbin things they are marginally better than your run of the mill sheds but if you look at windows and doors they are still very basic and not to secure ( perspecs instead of glass !!)
the companys all give it the big'un about they will last for 10 15 or 20 years by the looks of my mate it has no chance of lasting that long the sides are going green at the bottom after 2 years ...... not good!!!

This is our 'shed'. 17' x 10' on 8 inches of hardcore 5" of concrete - it won't be going anywhere.
We had literally just built it, and now 2 years on it has seasoned with the garden very well.
