Aye, the last one died on me - it will be going back under warranty, but I needed another one asap for work, plus I've always wanted a spare to carry round with me on jobs, just in case of failure (this one died half way through doing an X5, that's a lot of paint to finish by hand, I was dead knackered that day!).
PS - this is the first time I've heard of a PC dying - guessing I'm working it too hard!

Power washed and washed using lambswool mitt
Clayed using meguires clay bar
Menzerna Intensive polish applied using the PC
Menzerna Finishing Polish again with the PC
Thats as far as we have got so far, and damn the finish is amazing.
I think, but im not sure, but the next stages are the blackfire polish then the blackfire wet diamond stuff, but im still an amateur at these things and am being shown by one of rich's share holders! (joke for rich!).
The finish is amazing, this car is almost 4 years old, and the amount of swirls and light scrapes was unbeleivable, well it was after they where actually pointed out to me. It has removed them remarkably, and even at this stage of the process, the paint finish is looking fuller and has a lot more definition to it.
