YIPPEEEEEE!!!!! I'm home now, was kinda hoping that when Wilf dropped me off, it would be sitting there waiting for me to do open heart surgery, but alas, it's still in Germany.

Thanks for the ride Wilf, you're a star:

around 1000 euros, but fortunately, I took out fully comprehensive breakdown cover, so it's covered the recovery of the car, and all expenses for me to get back home, best £40 I've spent

Just got word that the scoob has been OK'd for repatriation!!!! though it can take upto 3 weeks, as they wait for a few cars to breakdown, and transport them all at once to the port ready for te RAC to bring it home

My downfall was to forget to ring T-Mobile that I was going abroad, so had no phone, so it's a massive thanks to Nevetas and Maddog for letting me use theirs!!

the 145 was what they said they thought i was doing, total rubbish they just wanted to fine me, i got pulled at the same time as another guy that insisted he was going no more than 105.

Was just the wrong time and place to argue, was just easier to pay the fine and be gone
