Yes - you can replay the level and get the bits you missed. You can then quit it by "Save Rewards" and it just updates the extra stuff you got, it wont wipe your saves of future levels.

Was off last week, went back through doing the last couple of levels on hard and the time-trials, plus all the bits and bobs, now 100% complete
The boss on the england level's a git on hard, specially when for no reason what-so-ever Lara suddenly shoots the grapel in the wrong direction!!!
