Andy, I've told them the 6th so I'll double check with him to see if we are in or not. I will probably just need to confirm the numbers closer to the time.

 

6th of June, thats D Day i believe, an appropriate date to go shooting with old fashioned bolt action single shot rifles!!!

I need to ring the guy on monday at about 8pm.

 

Not looking good I'm afraid. The guy was struggling for staff to look after us, but with a few of them on holidays and other stuff, he can't get enough cover for the 6th June. He said nearer the end of june is best.

10 people max is best for us. He will be sending me a map and he doesnt want this forwarding on for security reasons. The meet point will be our old meet point the H&H otterspool. And then we could squeeze in 2 or 3 cars and go down. We can decide on the day.

Format is

7:30pm arrive at site, sign life away and have a safety talk
7:45pm-8:00pm Start shooting
8:30pm-9:00pm Everyone should have been on and had a go
Then maybe a trip to the local pub to reflect on the day ? ?

4th July (we have a quiet month in July)

 

Cant do either of those dates, the 27th is two days before I go away (and i'll be running round like a headless chicken) and the 4th I will be away.
