Yes they can. IIRC "Privacy protection laws" are not applicable in criminal investigations. (although doubt if just a speeding is classed as Criminal unlike Dangerous driving etc)

Tracking Companies could and have disclosed such information to the police. They are "Bed" Partners so don't fiquire they would offer much resistance. IMHO

I have the RAC Trackstar on the P1 - nothing but praise for them. I heard a rumour it wasn't working a couple of years ago - rang them to check - they rang back 20 mins later and they told me where it was parked and where it had come from befroe that

we moved house 12 months ago and they rang me after a couple of months to make sure I still had it as it was way out of its 'normal' area.

Felt obliged to post given the comments above
