So for clarification are we now bringing our own stuff for the BBQ: Yes/No!?, if we are we need to annotate the information on both threads to save confusion.

If not then amd we are all bringing stuff:

potatoe salad - cw42
normal salad
coleslaw - Andy S
Sausage Rolls - Andy S
mixture of sauces for burgers - Red and Brown Martin STI
"special" burger topping
cheesecakes
mr.kipling style cakes
biscuits (chocolate or normal) - Wah ( Friend works at Mcvities)
Plastic Knife and Forks -Martin STI
BBQ Tongues and fork= Martin STI
Knapkins -
Drinks (RedBull/Water/juices etc) - SuperTouring (and some champagne for when we win best stand )
Martin & Lyns Quorn Sausages and Burgers!?

anything else?

I have a table available but would not fit in the car. It is our old dinning table which has removable legs.

Is there a van going that we can put it in?

I'm off to see Andy at Prosport this afternoon, I'll ask if he's got space for anything else. Otherwise, Mike may be able to get it in the forester?
I'm still waiting on The Greenwood, as he may have one after the official opening this weekend.

john, get yourself over to our forum, all the details are on there. It looks like we're all getting up there for 9:30 to sort out the stand, except you of course Once set-up, we'll be waiting for andy (prosport) to bring the car, and yourself to get parked up. We've saved you a space

One thing we haven't discussed about the NBO is:

WHO IS GOING TO BE CHEF FOR THE DAY?

First of all, let me say, NOT ME! Ask mrscw42, I'm useless with the bbq

So, who reckons they're up to the job? Nominations below please :

Can I just say that nobody has mentioned drink. If you want a cup of tea or coffee bring a mug as i'll be bringing a stove and a kettle. You might want to stick a couple of litres of water in as well.
