Mick is coming over tomorrow for a session and these are the products I currently have:-
Meguiars #7 Show Car Glaze, Poorboys Nattys Paste Wax, Meguiars NXT, Optium Car Wax.
So tomorrow I was thinking of doing:-
Wash
Megs #7
Poorboys Nattys Paste Wax
Then next time, just wash & OCW.
Or am I wasting my time, considering last time car was washed Megs #7 was applied anyway.
Any suggestions?

3 weeks ago I put about 4 layers of NXT onto the car.
Now the car has almost no wax on it atall.
God knows what the garage washed my car in!!!

I put some Nuttys on one panel, and some OCW on another, Nuttys feels better.
So just did a wash and coat of Nuttys. Will go out later and spray it with OCW.

i rate it for putting a nice shine on, if its used regular, i dont rate it as a "apply once and dont touch your car for 6 years"
i was working for a valeting company back in the day so i had a ****eload of it, used to flog the bottles for a tenner a shot @ local cruises, they were always gone within 30 mins of the boot opening
i have none left now bar a few tins of fabric sealant (dont rate this stuff tbh)
the stage one is quite good at shifting most pre-crap, there was also some other stuff i used that was called "shield" or something, and the stage one was called a "primer" which was a little scary
i only use the megs on cars here that look like they "deserve" it
most customers cars get a coat of "reveal" which i buy in 5 litre tins for £15
we do not do full "details" as it were here, unless a mate asks, we knock a full valet out in around 4 hours, so the megs stuff is ok for a customer picking something up and noticing a vast difference in shine
just before the winter started i had a man come in with a misubishi carisma (sp?) in white
which was faded and rough, one of my lads gave him the standard price of £20 for a "t-cut" without even checking the bloody car
took 3 of us around 2 hours to cut back the paint by hand, polish it and then nxt over the top, actually looked really nice when finished and the bloke was over the moon with the end article.
car looks crap already TBH with this weather.
