P.S.

Bit of a common theme here that the threads that VXRBOY and steppers contribute to, seem to degenerate into this.....

oh dear and you reckon its all taken as a joke
sgcooby you should learn english you thick ****
There ARE 2 ******* not there IS. Tut tut
And AllanP your right in a way I did start advertising way back in 2004 but you forgot to tell everyone that i wasnt really bothered whether i sold it or not then, thats why i was asking for 20k and i have said i was quite happy with 15k now, but then we are in 2006 and didnt expect anymore.

Talizman why dont you listen to Pauld37 the title says other marques so if it bothers you, 1 why are you bothering to look in this section? and 2, why dont you protest to the webmaster to have it removed?

Oh sgcooby i havent decided to slag scoobies off now ive sold one, if you read past threads youll see how ive loved owning 2 of them its just reliability thats pissed me off although later this year im looking for a classic sti so no im not going away sorry........

Don't know what thread your refering to in 2004, the one in the link you started in Feb 06.

I hope you do decide to stay, but I'm afraid unless you alter your post style, your going to keep finding yourself in this same position. All in my opinon of course.

Not my post you thick ****. It was VXRBOY's quote. Being dumb as **** must be compulsory for VXR ownership oh and arrogant as hell. If your wife does not agree with your opinions does she get a mouthfull as well or do you just slap her?

Saw an Astra VXR today, looked quite good. Haven't seen the Zafira yet, but had a go in the older GSi and was very impressed. Fancied one as a second car for the missus, they do seem to hold their value quite well.

steppers, as it has already been pointed out.... it was VXRBOY who said, "is 2 *******" not sgcooby.

Once again, you haven't read the posts properly.... It was ME who stated that you started advertising back in 2004, not AllanP.

Missed the point again matey eh?

You said on another thread, and I quote.....
"sold my sti ppp for 15k
nobody wanted it here as expected not even someone who said he did
never seen so many timewasters
reliabilty was complete shi**
roll out the zafira vxr on me 06 plate next month
best of luck all but i aint sad to be leavin"

You got everyone's hopes up by saying you were off, but then you buy a Vauxhall minivan and come back to slag off Scoobys

Matey, all I've heard you doing since you managed to offload yours, is slag them!

Yes it was my mistake about is and are, i hold my hands up. But if i could just say, this is other marques, not just Subaru, i originally posted a thread on another website about the VXR which someone from here read then asked a question, i replied and then people who did not like what i said started calling me. This seems to have happened with steppers here. Now it has been said by other people that if you have no experience about the cars in question why do people comment when people ask questions about cars that need some knowledge?

They probably had an old Cavalier years ago, and had problems... so obviously, this makes all Vauxhalls from that point on, crap !!!

This happens far too much on this forum, and not just Vauxhalls, shame !!

Incorrect. What happened here was that steppers the arrogant **** started giving it verball in response to a light hearted joke. The joke may well be about his car but so bloody what. Its only a fooking car for gods sake. He started throwing a wobler and moaning like a bairn. If you cant take criticism about your car especially when given in an ill offensive manner then thats his problem and he should learn to grow up and respond in a more appropriate fashion. He could have responded with a similar light hearted comment but oh no it was all F---k this anf F---K that and insulting people so its no wonder he had people responding in a similar fashion. Talk about chip on the shoulder.

talizman and sgcooby im surprised you spend so much time in the other marques section
if scoobys are the b all and end all why bother looking to see what other people are up to?
And of course i have now owned 2 sti's so i have the right i reckon to say the last one which was brand new was ****e on reliability and yes i am glad to be leaving it.
Sgcooby you obviously wont be happy until you have had the last word or little comment about someone beating up their wife (Oh sorry that was another one of your jokes i think)
Maybe you should get out a little or perhaps your not old enough too drive yet which might explain why you act like a little schoolboy.
Ah but thats another story i suspect...........

Didn't realise that "Other Marques" was such an exclusive club matey??????

Anyway, after 6 Imprezas, I now don't own a Subaru of any description, therefore I am gracing this forum more frequently with my presence

And I don't recall at any point making reference to how good, bad or indifferent Scoobys are..... I have deliberately refrained from passing comment on Scoobys AND VRX's

steppers, you really should read twice and type once mate, cos most of your quotes and posts are highly inaccurate.

Dont really know what your on about as half your comments here are irrelevant. Why are you on about scoobs??? I didnt come on here going on about them. The only problem ive got is your **** poor attitude.

Ooooooh, listen to Mr Perfect!

BTW, a typo is a bit different to getting facts completely wrong

Yes, that does please me.

I feel sorry for your kids though, being stuck in a minivan with you for a long period of time.... you must be such a bundle of laughs!

strewth guys...

What a thread! - I just poped in to say the obligatory 'sorry to hear that' to a chap who is moving on from Scoob ownership to people carrier - like you do in a friendly banter type bbs, or with one of your mates down the pub - and here's you lot throwing toys not just out the pram but at each others prams...

Cracking read Gromitt

anyway stepper - enjoy the Minivan - if you've got to get one get a quick one

Is it not safer to have a slow one if you are ferrying kids?As opposed to the 150 mph one?

Why have a car that can do 150mph when the most you can go is 70mph?

Once upon a time scoobynet was a place for like minded petrol heads to discuss the pros and cons of cars, yet another thread degenerates into bickering.

On topic(ish), i think vauxhall should be applauded for the way they're approaching the sports market. Granted i cant see the VXR meriva being "sporty" but maybe it adds something to the sector.
In the last few years they've given us everything from the vx220 to the monaro to the current crop of astra, vectra and zafira VXR's. Not all of them are my cup of tea but they get my vote for trying.

P.s. dont own a vauxhall but wouldnt let the badge put me off, after all i drive a seat lol
