Lets not backtrack now. Regardless of what the bailiff has to do beforehand, he/she can gain access to a domestic property by force. That was the issue.

And don't go to Welcome Finance - 28%APR, unless you're a total skunk.

Interestingly, Yes Car Credit ceased to trade because they were stitching people up with huge APRs and then the customers were taking up the option of Voluntary Termination.

No it's completely different.

It's similar to parking offences or council tax, people aren't jailed for the offence, they are jailed for breaking an agreement/order from the court.

if you break the walking possession agreement with a bailiff which they arrange with you after they gain entrance to your property then they are entitled to break-in.

Not so, most banks will ask the purpose and if you were to say - "buying shares", they would reject your request. Who is your mortgage with and I can judge if it's the case or not as right now it looks like you don't know what you're talking about
