My brother's g/f works for Terence Paul and whilst cutting the hair of some guy discovered he was very high up on the engineering team of the Typhoon.

She said that my bro just got a 2:1 in Aeronautical Engineering from University of Manchester and his response was to get him to send his CV in because he sounds like just the sort of guy we're looking for.

Unfortunately my bro is off on a world trip in August but the guy was prepared to wait til he got back!
