Nope, no tomatoe, just done in Gravy. Beef mince, pork sausage, pesto, splash of madera (sp) wine, onions, mushrooms (finely chopped) slowly pan fried, then added the gravy and allowed to steam for a while.
New potatoes and corn on the cob to accompany
