what a **** day on the roads 
the m62 from liverpool was under 2inchs of water, minimum, and the deep puddles couldn't be avoideda
been to an estate near speke airport, police everywhere
camera van on the roads, plain cars and riot vans it was like a war zone
or is that normal for the "capital of culture"

you know you wont be able to move the RA when it comes time, all the undergrowth will have grown into it, making it a feature in your back garden
