I was then - yes its a top game battlefield 2 also just got battlefield 2142.

Some Scoobynet lads have a server you can play on called SNAFU

you just need a half decent PC to run the game.

 

Is it a point and click strategy game where you have to build your amy from scratch and manage you resources, before doing battle, kinda like Command and Conquer
I need a new game to get stuck into, as i normally play 1st person shooters, or poker
My Pc should be fine, graphics card is very caperable

got both mine off fleabay new as you need a new reg code as its online play

Battlefield 2 cost me £11.00 and Battlefield 2142 cost me £18 + I got a free gay headset thing (this was from tailand this one)

 

WoW will cost you half your life if you get too into it, one or two of my mates have disappeared totally off the radar since getting hooked.

BF2 and BF2142 are both ok, although BF2142 has a number of annoying bugs and IMHO isnt worth getting until the problems are patched out.

Good games I've played recently are FEAR and Oblivion. There is also Crysis (the follow up to Far Cry) due next year and Half-Life Episode 2 plus one or two other promising titles in the pipeline.

i will be in albert square at about 8pm this evening enjoying a real german beer (as per the ringhaus hotel)
