I'm back. Really really need to get the brakes fixed. Had one of those "Hmmm...Yes..... I think I might be going a tad too fast into this roundabout" moments.

New suspension got me round though. My dad came along for the blast and was well impressed but then he's used to a Laguna Wagon with it's "magic carpet" ride quality.

Think I'll have those rear pads off you Ric, if you haven't already sold them of course!

Flickering 99% fixed. Just need to warm up in the first few miles and then they are fine. Still not been flashed once by on coming traffic

 

I reckon SVS (with the swollen nose ) should get these lights. Main beam isnt too hot, but you can angle the front fogs to cover the foreground and wire them up to come on with main beam.

Yeah, but won't be able to give it 100% with the brakes the way they are.

Plus, it's Deniece's first run out so don't want to scare her off future runs. Will build the pace up slowly!

We drove over the C&F the other day. Was about 3/4 pace and she was fine with it!

Said she wasn't nervous or scared.

Will probably get some braided hoses and upgrade the brake fluid too whilst I'm there.

 

Evening - just watched lost series 3 episodes 1 and 2 had to get them all on DVD (in HD) as I dont have SKY lots more to go

 

yep good setup that Paul - me and pete have that apart from the braided hozes - also the fluid makes a big diffrence as it doesnt boil well not yet anyway

 

I had all my brakes fitted for free - but there is one set back - I have to detail his audi its an old one so hopefully it wont be solid as ****
