good when its like that in one way but also completely knackering, miss family time mate. weve just been away and i loved every minute of it as ive been working so much lately
Last years was south Devon, cant remember the area but it had a King in it, we were there when the Olympic torch was doing its rounds (more or less a year exactly) house was great but a few miles from anything so had to drive everywhere so on day trips etc I couldn't have a beer
Hopefully the weather will remain as is
know what you mean, funnily I get to see the little one more during the week if I do nights as I can take him to school, pick him up, have a few hours with him in the evening before I leave for work. Doing regular day stuff I take him usually asleep to his grandparents, and then about half 6 in the evening for an hour

Thinking of getting rid of the scoob, in fact im very very seriosly thinking it, was going to wait and get an M5 next year but I cant get away from the amount of scare stories about. Im now severely tempted by a AMG E55 Merc. wouldnt mind one of them bad boys, 5.4 ltr supercharged haha

Ive decided to sell my car, getting a few bits an bobs to it so its mint an then thats it, im gutted but onwards an upwards, i really dont want to sell it private for one reason an one reason alone, you get to watch and hear someone drive it away and it will break my heart
Weve decided, ive just sent the cheque off, to site the caravan in Anglesey for next year so I need to sort out a bigger car, the reason for this is we need to use the caravan more or were getting rid, im going to get a 7 seater and then when im in work of a weekend the wife can go down with the kids and her sister an her kid as well as her mum so thats it, the boy racer dream will be over, i was going to get a merc amg 55 but i cant justify the fuel costs on that run all the time so it looks like a xc90 is on the cards. If we dont get the use out of it then were selling the caravan and the xc90 and i can once again get a full on fast car haha

Well my car is gone, first fella who saw it took it yesterday, he let me have one last go of it, gutted, great car but moving on now, found a xc90, got all the toys, just got to get to leicester to see it and do a deal haha, its got every option i wanted except the tow bar and even a few extra goodies like heated/cooled and massaging seats, that will be great for my back on long journeys, as comfy as the wifes car is my back was aching with all the miles we did on the caravan trip.
The trip was brilliant BTW, 4 nights in devon which was a gorgeous site and we got out to some lovely places, then 5 nights in Cornwall, site was like a scene from jeremy kyle haha, brilliant location though and superb beach, then a right pain in the **** drive up to longleat that again was a brilliant site and literally we walked out the gate 200 yards up a road and we were in the park itself, had a nice few days there and got out an about as well, went to see stonehenge which is simply a load of rocks haha.

1100 miles in 13 days an averaged 22mpg, not bad really in the wifes rx with i reckon at least 700 towing. The range on her tank is crap though, at most towing we could only get 250ish miles before having to fill up again

bummer
Ive just had a new backbox put on the ST as it snapped - but the replacement end bit looks gay will have to have the original one welded back on
mpg holding up great now after EGR valve a few month back and now the zorst getting 56 motorway and 34 round town so happy now
