did anyone see that fat girl the other day in the paper she weighed 24 stone and was only 14!!!! she had a list of what she ate in the day and it would keep me going for a week, what made me laugh though was after her dinneer she said she ate 5 pieces of fruit. the thing was though that she also had a breakfast a morning snack a dinner a pre tea snack tea and also supper, but it was the way she made sure she ate the 5 pieces of fruit that made me laugh like it was making the difference. oh and of course it wasnt her fault or her mothers it was just her glands tie her to a running machine with a big mac just out of reach in front of her, that wuld get the weight off the big lump of lard

i always have salad with everything i eat, i used to ask for it to be removed but now i just leave the lettuce on the quarter pounder
