my next door neighbour is going court on friday to be declared bankrupt. His wife left him leaving him with a £165k mortgage to pay on his own which he cant afford, they also have a picture loan of about 40k as well as well as cc. I sort of feel sorry in a way, but in another way I dont as I cant believe people can get themselves so much into crap, however like you say the banks shouldnt be giving them the credit though

 

not given the chance if you ask me, he was making big changes an they needed doing. who the **** is going to go for that job though, they dont give the manager any time, the squad is old now as well.

I was surpised when I saw the line up on saturday, I thought this is the game that will save tony adams, luckily though we pulled it off. The thing is with the prem these days the teams are close (points say otherwise but performance man for man it is close) so you need to play your strongest team. I know torress was tired from the cup game, so yes maybe rest him, but not make 6 changes (although was good to see agger and skirtel play together)

I think riera has been a good signing though, he has got brilliant close control, I am hoping dossena improves as well, he must have ability as he is the 1st choice for italy and they are known for their defence. Be good to see deggen play (if we ever get the chance ) hope he doesnt turn out to be a rob jones type who is always injured

 

remember veggard heggem ? He was class when fit (not often) He now runs a fish farm in either norway or sweden

 

think we need a right midfielder ( I would have kept ste finnan to play there), another left one as cover for riera (suppose aurelio could do the job, just not spectactulary and assuming his calf doesnt go again ) another attacking midfielder like gerrard (although there will never be another), another top class striker

 

I think we should only play with the 1 holding midfielder, have mascherano in front of the back 4 and let alonso foray forward a bit more, he has the ability (maybe not speed) but if he draws players out, with his passing ability it could be what we need
