only lost 4 pounds, so 6 behind my planned 10 by tomorrow morning

Ahh well, suppose 4 pounds in 2 days isnt too bad. Treadmill is going to be worn out

From: Heart of Midlothian FC aka Hearts have the nickname "The Jambo's" - therefore I'm a Jambo too.

Just found out one of Dee's old neighbours, who was still a very good friend died last night.

His wife died less than a year ago and he was fighting fit for his age, but since then he really deteriorated.

It's looks like he couldn't cope without his wife and gave up his fight for life in the early hours of this morning.

We're both gutted as we never got to say goodbye.

yeah my next door neighbour is going the same way

he lost his wife last year and he is deteriorating as i think he has lost the will to live as he has nothing to live for
