lost 9 pounds since sunday, running just over 2 miles a night since monday and eating fat burning soup

today though as I have had no carbs I am eating a big **** off brekki of bacon, sausage, eggs, beans, tomatoes and black pudding.

pete, I have sent you 50 tech from main nation and will send remaining 50 in a few days when existing deal finishes. then if you want more, send me the aid to main nation and you can then get 50 tech straight away from other nation and then you fall into the loop

its based on a soup used in hospitals for dangerously overweight people who needs ops etc. Reports of upto 17lbs in a week on it. You can add spices though to the soup to give it different tastes etc, I like mine with loads of chilli's (and cayenne pepper powder) which also helps with your metabolism.
You can have as much as you want along with fruit. On certain days you can have like a jacket spud to replen yours carbs, and other days chicken or beef
