Someone at a different site sent me the link. Apparently when they get bored they just type random stuff into google and investigate what they find

Important thing is just to get some rest, don't worry about sleeping before you start your shift, otherwise you'll never sleep.
Go to bed, relax, and chill out, don't try to force sleep, you'll never do it. Just be glad of a few hours chill time, no distractions, no radio or tv on, dark room. You'll feel much better for when you start work. You can catch up on the missing sleep tomorrow, then be right as rain for tomorrow night

put the majority of my engine back together tonight, just need to drop the cams in tomorrow once I have torqued the head, setup the cam timing and do a oil filter change. Reconnect wiring loom and hoses, fill her up with coolant and pray thee to god that she starts straight away and doesnt blow a plug out!!

went into the shop and they said they can do the same price as the web but would then charge us £49 to deliver it and remove the old one.

We asked where they would get it from and they said same place, it would be delivered to them and then delivered to us.

We left the shop and ordered online everything for one price.

may mess the timing up though as there are 2 lots of timing marks on the cam sprockets (inlet and exhaust) so need to get the right ones

slight misfire but I expected that as one plug the electrodes are slightly bent and the lead is knackered.
