Agree with you here.
Dont think any sensible solicitor would take this on as even if they win they will be remembered for being the person who got a 2 (maybe 3) times drunk uninsured killer out of jail.
I cant understand why a pro footballer hasnt got insurance
The courts should take away all his assets to pay for the probable lifelong care the father will need (assuming he does survive), compensation for the deaths of the 2 kids (I know thats not going to help the family in respect of their loss), the police cleanup operation and all costs
