Been to the gym meself tonight, doing ok but struggling with my right shoulder at the moment (rotator cuff) when i bench over 100kg it feckin kills

Howe many reps do you do at that sort of weight, not many i presume

 

I do 8 reps but when my shoulder is not playing up i do 4-6 reps at 130kg when i'm firing on all cylinders

 

At the minute, on the chest press i do.....

15 x 55 kgs then
35 x 30 kgs then
4-6 65 kgs and then cry

at least 4 times a shift

also do chest flys and other free weights, when i can get in a cheeky set

I could probably do 1 maybe 2 reps at 85/90 Kgs, but 100 kgs, **** that right off

 

130Kgs

Think id crap out my pecs doing that sort of weight

 

I've been doing this **** since i was 18 though on and off.

my back is getting incredibly strong at the moment.

doing 225kg on the seated row

 

i was meant to be out tonight but i'm fecked, so i've stayed in and chillin' just cracked a beer open

Having said that, it is very cheap to run

 

My mates just bought a VX220 now i drove that last week - what a feckin tool, a fantastic car in every way
