yeah the t**t used to do circuit training if he thought we were getting lazy - **** me it was hard, people used to throw up.

the press ups on the two fore knuckles used to kill me especially being heavy

exactly mate, the heavier you lift the harder to get the weight off as well. you shoudnt be able to complete the full reps, just remember that, thats all. take it easy as well mate

 

i used to do one handed press ups and also push your self up and clap your hands, fooking hell i was fit as a fiddle and look at me now beer is my friend

 

Well gonna go a bit lighter but with more reps tommorrow, shoulder is hurting, think i've buggered my rotator cuff

 

It does make you fit and you dont realise it.

He used to make us run around with a partner on your back - needless to say people who were paired up with me gave a gulp when they realised what they were doing

thing is though roger trains in kensington which is one of the worst places in liverpool, cant turn up in my scoob there mate

We went to Edingburgh once to fight and we stayed the weekend, anyway the Liverpool lot came over and we had a great time, we went to this club and teh doormen said, sorry lads there is just too many of you - my mate the fookin d**k says hey mate do you know who we are? were the Taekwondo Assocociation Of Great Britain, to whcih the doorman replied 'Right your definitely not coming in' ha ha

 

as if that would of changed there mind, scousers are always up for a laugh though

There was always banter because they saw us as Mancs but i tell you they were f**king sorted blokes, in fact one of the best nights i've had was down Liverpool
