Simple idea for flavoured olive oil
simply buy plain bog standard olive oil, nor for the fun bit.
For garlic infused olive oil place some peeled cloves and drop them in the bottle.
For chilli infused, slice a few chillis and drop them in the bottle
For basil infused olive oil, well you get the idea.

lined a baking tray with foil, and gently greased it with garlic infused olive oil.
Then I seasoned the tray with some peri peri spice, and also some lemongrass flavouring.
then I chopped up a few spuds in wedge like shapes, leaving the skin on.
I rested these on the oiled/seasoned tray and then drizzled more garlic oil on top sparingly
Seasoned the top of the wedges with the same spices as before
Cooked in a pre heated over at 200 degrees for about 25 mins (fan assisted)
Remove from oven, taste and enjoy

on the cornflake diet again for a few weeks

Protein shake about 3 ish
Run
Tea about half 6 ish (in time for hollyoaks)
Hopefully I will drop a stone in a week (probably about 800 - 1000 calories per day)
