need to call sky today, my HD box keeps feckin recordings off saying its a technical fault, im not happy its not like its a cheap set up

gonna give up on my phone today and ring three to get a replacement. I broke it by attempting to hack it. No I cannot communicate with the phone via data cable to re flash it

same thing happened with my wife's phone, why does a 2 month old phone need updating, if it aint ready dont sell it in the first place, there cutting a lot of corners now phone companies

I broke it by trying to add my own stuff to it, I have some special mobile phone software that allows changing the phones system files and adding extra etc. I #cough# deleted some files that I didnt know what they were for, #cough# turns out they were important files that allow the phone to boot up
phone no longer boots up
