Bugger! Just spent the last 2 hours in A&E and been diagnosed with acute tendonitus in my left foot.
Had trouble with a pain building all week, culminating in barely being able to walk last night at work and a crap mornings sleep today. Really sore this afternoon so tried to get a gp appointment and basically said I'd be better off at hospital. Went there at 5:30 and saw the doctor. Now drugged up and trying to get through to work to let them know I'm not going in
I really feel as though I'm letting them down now, and wont get the chance to thank the staff and wish them all the best for xmas
