got ingrained oil on my hands
tried to change my cam sensor again yesterday but I cannot get the old one off. Haynes manual isnt very descriptive either.

The alternator belt is tricky to get off as well!!
Actually its not tricky, more fiddly! It has a tensioner on the belt

which in itself is a good idea, however access to the tension bolt is a pain from the top, so if you do it from the bottom it becomes a 2 man job to change the alternator belt

I off course did it from the top and shredded my hands, knuckles etc etc to smithereens!!

couldnt remove the old sensor due to the kind of nut holding it (think it may be some kind of star nut) and I dont have any sockets of that type
