I've had my Ready Brek this morning so i'm full of oats

 

friday and payday

 

not had my oats yet

had black coffee, 2 cups of tea and a few pints of water

 

mmmm tea off to make a brew do you want one?

 

off for my oats now, back in a short while (play music of choice)

Ste try sky broadband, you can get upto 8 meg for a fiver, or you can have upto 16mb (if your exchange supports it) for a tenner (unlimited as well and things dont appear to be blocked )

oh fecking hell the garage are trying to play funny buggers, been onto my cc company though and i think they may be able to get it back

 

sky are okay, only had to ring once and did get through to india, so I rang again and got through to the irish call centre. Luckily only had to contact them once and it got sorted fairly quickly. Im happy with them, best broadband service I have had reliability wise and speed wise

 

well if the cc company doesnt get my money back trading standards are on my side, they say any credit aggreement has a cooling off period and i havent signed nothing plus there was no agreement cos i was paying cash. so lets just sit back and wait to see what my cc company says first, but i think they will get me it back no probs

 

garage will probably tell you that they have turned a sale down because a deposit has been paid.

In reality they have probably p!$$ed deposit up the wall last night, cheering for bangladesh against bahrain in the asian middle east confederation cup

 

garage will also have a policy saying deposits are non refundable

whether they told you this or not is a case of your word against theirs.

no my cc company have said its not fully cleared yet, do you know what though if they said here you go here's your money back thankyou, i would go out of my way to try and use them when i was getting the next car. pi55ses me off sometimes

 

all deposits are refundable when entering a credit agrrement, now the fact i never was going to enter one hasnt popped up yet
