im gonna try and get some more nvqs in and get work to pay for them then work like a polish taxi driver with a dodgy african accent to get them done withing 15 months, doing one currently on line but my tutor is constantly ill
im doing a hnc at the moment but i may be doing a foundation degree next year, good if your work pays for it isnt it, my work gives us £200 a year towards any training courses we want, including driving lessons or college stuff or even golf
I had to lose weight was over 19 stone in june, now down to a trimish 16 stone fluctuate by a few pounds either side but I can drop weight rapidly now if I have a bad weekend :
im round that weight and have been for years, dont change much at all, dont eat too unhealthy really

yeaj luckily with my job I get the courses paid off in full so dont have to dip into my pockets (which is good as they are currently bare )
I did Iosh as well last year and I have just seen a job advertised local to me (about 5 miles) offering 39k and IOSH is an advantage so I am tempted to go for it
your a bit taller than me though if I remember, I must admit I dont look 16 stone though, but still want to drop another half and tone up a bit more
you'll have to pm me your workout an diet as i could do with losing some pounds, im 5.11 ish and dont look my weight either, i like to refer to myself as cuddly

iosh id go for it though cos if you do get made redundant, even if you get a payoff its harder to find work whilst out of it than it is whilst you have a job, plus your not panicking bout landing a job

cuddle I used to get pleasant but plump
I can pm you what I did, its nothing too bad to be honest, I invested in a running machine and cross trainer (although cross trainer doesnt get used)

I cant remeber what it stands for Its about all risk assements, safe systems of work and all that kind of stuff, noticing things and changing the way jobs/people work etc
I may have a few things in the pipeline though with the company I am with, my boss has told me not to rush into things as we have won another contract and he is involved with looking for premisies etc to work out of. I have told him about 1 a few mins away from me just of the m61 and next door to the m60 so its serviced well so hopefully within a few months I will find more out on that side of things. Wont be anything like 39k but I like the company I work for and they have always treated me fair and to me that means a lot.
